Payment, Delivery & Returns
Payment
Currently, the only available payment method is bank transfer. You will be provided with all the necessary bank information and instructions in the confirmation email about your purchase. I will also send out a fee requester (pro-forma invoice) about the payment needed to be made. Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days after your successful payment. I will send you a confirmation email and an invoice after your payment arrives. Please feel free to reach out to me with any further questions or issues.
Delivery information – EU / International
If you purchase a product available in stock, your shipment will be sent within 3-5 business days from the payment confirmation. In case of pieces made to order, the additional processing time indicated in the product description also needs to be taken into account. Processing and delivery times for custom orders are always unique; and will be provided in my answer to your custom order inquiry.
Most international orders are shipped as registered priority mail via Hungarian Post. Some countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania) can also choose to have their package delivered to a Packeta pick up point or Z-Box.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number. Delivery times can vary country by country. EU orders should arrive within 3-7 business days. International delivery can take up to 21 days. If you have any questions regarding tracking, it is best to contact your local mail services’ customer service – of course I am also happy to help, but it might take longer to wait for my response than to make a phone call. ????
Please note that any orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying any customs or import fees. If you refuse your shipment, any import fees that may arise will be deducted from the amount refunded. (read more abour returns & refunds below)
If your shipment has not arrive within the timeframes indicated, please contact me as soon as possible. In case your order arrives damaged, please take detailed pictures of it and forward them to me.
In case of undelivered shipments, the shipping prices will be deducted from the refund amount. You will be refunded within 14 days after the package is delivered back to me undamaged.

EUR prices are calculated in the shopping cart, according to the actual exchange rates!
EU countries – 5000 HUF | 3-7 business days
Countries outside the EU – 6000 HUF | up to 21 calendar days
Packeta – Slovakia (Z-Box or Pick up Point) - 1990 HUF | 3-5 business days
Packeta – Czech Republic Slovakia (Z-Box or Pick up Point) - 2290 HUF| 3-5 business days
Packeta – Romania Slovakia (Z-Box or Pick up Point) – 2690 HUF | 3-7 business days
Returns
Items can be returned if indicated within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Returned pieces should be unused and undamaged. Regarding returns, please always contact me via email or using the contact form on the website (not on social media).
Your refund for any returned pieces will be processed within 14 days from receiving the product back. It is your responsibility to pack & ship the product safely.
No returns on custom orders and made to order pieces.
